Program Registration & Ramada Use Permit Cancellations:
Cancellation of a program registration and a ramada use permit for a refund may be done anytime from the time of registration/reservation until 72 hours before the date of use with no penalty. Program registrations or ramada permits cancelled within 72 hours of the date of use will incur a $12 cancellation fee deducted from the refund/credit amount of the registration or reservation. No refunds/credits will be given after the start of the registration or reservation date. In the event of inclement weather, refunds/credits will be applied if the Parks and Recreation Office is contacted at 520.229.5050 or recreation@orovalleyaz.gov the day after the program/reservation.
Field Use Permit Cancellations:
To request to cancel or change an existing Field Use Permit, please email ckastens@orovalleyaz.gov and recreation@orovalleyaz.gov with your written request.
Field Use Permit cancellations that are requested 72 hours or more before the permitted date/time will be issued a refund in the form of a credit to their account.
Field Use Permits subject to the special event application may receive a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted in writing to the Athletic Field Coordinator at least 30 days in advance. Cancellation requests submitted in writing to the Athletic Field Coordinator less than 30 days in advance may receive a 50% refund.
In the event of field closure issued by Parks Management, refunds/credits will be applied by the Athletic Field Coordinator.
In the event of cancellation by the permitted organization or individual due to inclement weather, a refund/credit will be applied if requested in writing to the Athletic Field Coordinator by the day after the cancellation.
Facility User Permit Cancellations:
Please call the Parks and Recreation Administration Office at 520-229-5050 to cancel or reschedule. Full refunds will be given for cancellations made at least 30-days in advance. Cancellation requests received 29-days or less prior to the event will be refunded at 50%.
