The Town of Oro Valley’s Parks and Recreation Department is excited to welcome patrons back to the Oro Valley Community and Recreation Center and the Oro Valley Aquatic Center on Monday, June 1. Reopening these facilities has required facility modifications and training more than 120 staff members on new safety and sanitization procedures, while following social distancing best practices.
Patrons are asked to review the reopening information—including lap lane reservations for swimmers and class registration for Community Center patrons—prior to visiting Parks and Recreation facilities by visiting the Town’s Parks and Recreation webpage.
Movies on the Lawn are back! Whether you’re into hedgehogs or dogs or you just need to let it go, the Parks and Recreation Department has a movie for you. This series features great family-friendly movies on the lawn of the Community and Recreation Center once a month throughout the summer—for free!
