Oro Valley, Arizona (March 19, 2021) — The southbound lanes of La Cañada Drive, between Moore Road and Tangerine Road (adjacent to Leman Academy), will continue to be reduced to one lane of travel through March 27, as crews complete the median improvement project. Motorists can expect traffic congestion in this area as well as possible delays. Please consider alternate routes, and observe posted speed limits.
The Town of Oro Valley, in partnership with Borderland Construction, had originally planned to complete the La Cañada Drive median improvement project during the Leman Academy spring break, March 15 through 19; however, due to paving crew availability, this final portion of the project had to be delayed one week.
