Need a Ride/Public Transportation

General Information:

  • All trips are door to door.
  • All rides are free of charge.
  • Trip requests must be made by 4 P.M. the day before the trip.
  • To enjoy shorter ride times and to enjoy the trip with fewer passengers who are sharing your ride, consider making your trip requests between 11 A.M. and 2 P.M.
  • Trips are available:
    • Monday through Friday, 6 A.M. to 8 P.M., available to everyone.
    • Weekends and Holidays, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M., available to disabled passengers only.

Step 1.Registration: All passengers must first register for transportation.

  • First-time passengers may register for Transportation Services anytime by completing this online registration. After you register our office will call you to complete the registration process.
  • For those passengers who wish to use the Passenger Portal and make trip requests on-line, please see step two (2). You must call our office first before registering to use the Passenger Portal.

Step 2.On-line trip requests:

  • On-line trip requests are made using the Passenger Portal link.
  • First time users of the Passenger Portal must call the office at 520-229-4990 to obtain their login information.

  • Trip requests or changes within 24 hours of the trip must be made by phone: 520-229-4990.
  •  General Public:
  • Disabled Passengers:
    • Trips for disabled passengers require registration with the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Eligibility Office.
    • Trips are available within the blue, pink and purple shaded areas of this brochure.(PDF, 128KB)
    • Submit your trip request on the Passenger Portal.
    • Trips are also available to/from medical appointments beyond the pink and purple shaded areas. These trip requests must be made by phone at 520-229-4990.
  • Seniors Age 65 and Older:
    • Trips are available within the blue, yellow and green shaded areas of this brochure(PDF, 123KB).
    • Submit your trip request on the Passenger Portal.
    • Trips are also available to/from medical appointments beyond the yellow and green shaded areas. These trip requests must be made by phone at 520-229-4990.

Step 3.Notification of pick-up times are provided between 5:15 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. the day before the trip.

  • Registration information may be left on voice mail 24 hours a day.
