General Information:

  • All trips are door to door.
  • All rides are free of charge.
  • Service Hours:
    • Monday through Friday, 6 A.M. to 8 P.M., available to everyone.
    • Weekends and Holidays, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M., available to disabled passengers only.

Step 1.Registration: All passengers must first register for transportation.

Step 2.Submit trip request for:

  • Trip requests must be made by 4 P.M. the day before the trip.
  •  General Public:
  • Disabled Passengers:
    • Trips are available within the blue, pink and purple shaded areas of this brochure(PDF, 843KB).
    • Trips for disabled passengers require registration with the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Eligibility Office.
    • Submit your trip request by completing this Online Trip Request.
  • Seniors Age 65 and Older:
    • Trips are available within the blue, yellow and green shaded areas of this brochure(PDF, 521KB).
    • Trips are also available to/from medical appointments beyond the green shaded area.
    • Submit your trip request by completing this Online Trip Request.

Step 3.Notification of pick-up times are provided between 5:15 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. the day before the trip.

  • Office hours are: Monday - Friday, 7 A.M. to 4 P.M Weekends and Holidays 8 A.M to 4 P.M.
  • Registration information may be left on voice mail 24 hours a day.
  • Call 520-229-4990 to register by phone.

Step 2.Trip Requests

  • Trip requests must be made by 4 P.M. the day before your trip.
  • General Public: Trips are available within the blue shaded area of this brochure(PDF, 278KB).
  • Disabled Passengers: Trips are available within the blue, pink and purple shaded areas of this brochure(PDF, 843KB).
    • Trips for disabled passengers require registration with the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Eligibility Office at: 520-791-5409.
  • Seniors age 65 and older: Trips are available within the blue, yellow and green shaded areas of this brochure(PDF, 521KB).
    • Trips to medical appointments are available beyond the green shaded area.
