The Oro Valley Police Department (OVPD) is releasing the following information pursuant to ARS § 13-3825, which requires law enforcement agencies to make notifications that will enhance public safety and protection. James Comer is a 71 year-old male, 6'1" and 160 pounds with hazel eyes and gray hair. He resides at 9685 North Oracle Road, Oro Valley, AZ. Comer was arrested in 2005 for sexual exploitation of a minor/possession of child pornography. He is classified as a level three sex offender.
