National Trails Day Night Hike

Bring your flashlight and head out to Catalina State Park to celebrate National Trails Day! The event will take place on June 4 and boots will be on the trail at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the hike, Catalina State Park will be hosting a concert starting at 6:00 p.m., so make sure to come early and enjoy the show before the hike! This is a family friendly hike for individuals 8 years and up. Pre-registration is required at PlayOV.com.

Date: Saturday June 4, National Trails Day Night time - Flashlight Hike

Location: Catalina State Park, Drive to the parking lot at the end of the road (this is also the location for the concert).

Time: feet on trail by 7:30 p.m. please arrive no later than 7:00 p.m. to sign the waiver and get a snack for the trail

Price: Regular park entry fees apply. Please pay at the gate!

Ages: Family friendly hike for 8 years and over.

Details: We will be hiking the Canyon Loop trail (2.3 miles, 60-90 minutes). If it has rained your feet could get wet as we cross three streams. Please bring water and a flash light (required).
