The Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Local Board consists of five members. A chairperson, two appointed individuals, and two individuals who are contributing members of the Retirement System. The Local Board meets on an as needed basis, but not less than twice per year. The Board is responsible for reviewing and approving benefits for the remaining members of this retirement system such as retirements, disability hearings, and other administrative functions in accordance with state statutes.
Board meetings are typically held every other month at 2:00 p.m. in the Hopi conference room, Community & Economic Development building, 11000 N La Canada Dr.
