Permit Payment

Payments for residential and commercial building permits can be made online through the Citizen Self Service. If you are a first time user and do not have an account, you will have to register to create a user name and password. See the information below for the Citizen Self Service link and online payment instructions.

Online Payment

Step 1.Sign into your Citizen Self Service account on the link below (first time users must register)

Click here to sign in or register. 

Step 2.Click into Permits and Inspections

Step 3.Enter your permit application number in the "Application Reference" field and "Search" (leave other fields blank)

Step 4.Verify the permit address and click into "Details" 

Step 5.There will be a checkmark next to "Pay" (if no checkmark, call 520-229-4800 for assistance)

Step 6.Verify fee and "Add to Cart" at the bottom of the screen

Step 7.Open Shopping Cart and Check Out

Step 8.Please allow 24 hours to receive your digitally issued permit through email
