Permit Payment

Starting June 21, the Town will have a new permit software system. All customers will need to have a Customer Portal account.

However, if you are an existing customer with ongoing projects, please call us at 520-229-4800 BEFORE creating your Customer Portal account. You may already have an account that we can link to your ongoing projects. 

The new Customer Portal will allow you to pay for each permit directly.  The former escrow or APA accounts will no longer be utilized. If you have an escrow/APA account, refunds will be sent distributed soon.
