The victims of the fatal crash in Oro Valley have been identified as 85 year old Richard Brown and 85 year old Marjory Brown. The Browns were traveling east on Tangerine Road approaching La Cañada in a Toyota Rav 4. A white Ford Raptor driven by a 19 year old male made a u-turn and collided with the Rav 4. This pushed the Rav 4 into the adjacent lane and into the path of an oncoming tow truck also traveling east. This second collision caused the Rav 4 to hit a tree. This investigation is ongoing and no citations have been issued at this time.
