Oro Valley Community Action Team (OV CAT) received intelligence on a man identified as Dylan Aleff. Aleff was allegedly selling heroin to kids on the north side of town to include Oro Valley. It was also learned that Aleff's girlfriend, Erika Wahab, had an active parole violator warrant out of Arizona Department of Corrections. Aleff is a prohibited possessor and has weapons involvement. On October 2, 2018, OV CAT with support from Pima County Sheriff's Department Directed Patrol, developed probable cause to serve a search warrant at the residence of Aleff located at the 4300 hundred block of West Mars Street. A warrant was granted and based on the parole violator and weapons priors, Pima Regional SWAT served the warrant.
Just prior to the warrant service, Aleff and Andrew Neal left the residence and a traffic stop was conducted on their vehicle. During a traffic stop, approximately $1800 in US Currency and 1.75 grams of methamphetamine were located. Wahab was located by SWAT in the residence. During search of the home, two hand guns, a shotgun, 23 grams of methamphetamine, 102 oxycodone pills, 3.89 grams of heroin and 17 Xanax were located.
