On August 19, 2018 Oro Valley Police Department received a report of an attempted burglary in the area of 7400 North Northern Avenue. The home owner noticed his front gate was open, the tool shed was open and bolt cutters were left nearby. No entry was made into the home but the security system was disabled. The home owner reviewed video from his surveillance system and realized the intruder had attempted entry on August 16, 2018. The homeowner also reported it appeared someone came back between August 16, 2018 and August 19, 2018 because his fence was cut and a knife was found.
The subject is described as a White male, with a white or grey tank top, dark pants, black cap, a scarf or balaclava around his neck and a backpack. It appears the subject is armed with a gun in his waistband.
