As a core Business and Arts Integration method, the Oro Valley Concert Series blends the mutually beneficial relationship that the arts can have alongside community engagement goals and sustainable economic growth. The series draws hundreds of attendees monthly to various locations throughout Oro Valley. In a partnership with the Town of Oro Valley, this program impacts economic development, while providing community exposure to the arts, and supporting local musicians.

Jon Frailey (Folk/Rock)

 

Jon Frailey is a Tucson based singer-songwriter and front man for the band Cat Mountain. Frailey has been writing and performing original music for nearly three decades and has appeared on stages all across the United States.

 

Fork and Fire
Friday, June 13th, 6pm-8pm
Bryan and Koko (Blues/Rock)

 

Featuring the guitar stylings of Bryan Dean and bass from Koko, this fiery blues duo is an offshoot of the popular Bryan Dean Trio. The band believes in improvisation rather than exact repeats of the tunes to keep the audience captivated.

Eric Schaffer (Americana)

 

Eric Schaffer is an award-winning songwriter who is also known as the frontman of The Other Troublemakers, a rocking Americana band from Tucson. He delivers a great live show combining original songs from three full albums as well as a great mix of covers.

Brett Dooley (Americana)

 

Brett Dooley is an accomplished songwriter, singer, and multi-instrumentalist living in Tucson, AZ. Experimenting and growing throughout his music career, Brett has been a core performer in bands ranging from punk and hard rock to bluegrass, country and folk. As a singer, fans enjoy his energetic performances that carry the audience with him into the raw feelings of the songs.

Febbo, Fuentes, & O'Connor (Americana/Latin)

 

Now featuring the fiddling mastery of Tim O'Connor, songwriters and guitarists Mark Anthony Febbo and Oscar Fuentes bring an Americana show to the table that crosses borders and generations. Their folk, rock, and country influences are worn on their sleeves as they offer songs about the Southwest and more to audiences.

 

The Hoppy Vine

Dawn Krachey (Country)

 

Dawn Krachey is an Oro Valley-based country artist who first moved to the area from St. Louis just three years ago. In addition to being a massage therapist, Dawn writes and performs music throughout Southern Arizona. She lived in Tucson briefly in the 2010s, fell in love with the Catalina Mountains, and swore to return here one day to settle down.

David, originally from West Virginia, and Kelly, originally from Oklahoma, met in Tucson, AZ playing the local night club circuit. They started performing together and soon after were married. They traveled the country playing large dance halls and venues from Arizona to Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming and all over New Mexico. They have shared stages with names like Vern Gosdin, Mel McDaniel, Commander Cody, David Frizzell, Mickey Gilley and Johnny Lee, and more.
