A majority of the Oro Valley Town Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission may attend the neighborhood meeting regarding the property owner’s proposed requests: The applicant seeks approval of a development plan for a new Tractor Supply Company store. The project site is approximately 11.5 acres, located on the southeast corner of Tangerine Road and La Cholla Boulevard.
The meeting will take place on November 13, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Oro Valley Council Chambers located at 11000 N. La Canada Dr., Oro Valley, AZ 85737.
