Fingerprinting services are available by appointment only.

The Oro Valley Police Department provides public fingerprinting services. Our fingerprint technicians are volunteers with the Citizen Volunteer Assistants Program (CVAP). They are fully trained and can assist with all aspects of LiveScan, ink and chain of custody procedures. 

 

General/Public Fingerprinting

Step 1.When?

By appointment only at the main station located at 11000 N. La Cañada Drive. Call (520) 229-5080 to schedule.

Appointments are available on the following days and times:

       Tuesdays 9:00 to 11:00 am

       Thursdays 2:00 to 4:00 pm

NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

 

Step 2.Pay

$10.00 fee per card (cash, credit/debit cards are accepted).

Step 3.Additional Requirements

  • It is mandatory that you show a government issued photo ID (i.e. driver's license, passport, etc.).

  • If you are applying for a fingerprint clearance card, visit www.AZDPS.gov to complete the online application prior to your fingerprint appointment. 

The Oro Valley Police Department is NOT authorized to fingerprint any individual for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)

Step 4.The Oro Valley Police Department DOES NOT provide fingerprint services for mandatory/arrest summonses. Follow the instructions on the Mandatory Fingerprint Compliance Form provided by the court.
