ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (Feb. 16, 2024) – As the Naranja Park Expansion Project nears completion, the Town of Oro Valley provides this update on the progress of this transformative effort.
These temporary closures are crucial to completing the Naranja Park Expansion successfully, adhering to schedule and budget, as the Town strives to deliver an enhanced park experience for the community.
A grand opening event to unveil all the new park amenities is currently being planned, aligning with favorable weather conditions and project completion.
"The scope and complexity of the Naranja Park Expansion Project underscores the Town's commitment to providing outstanding recreational spaces,” said Paul Keesler, the Town of Oro Valley Public Works Director. “Temporary inconveniences now will result in a more enjoyable park in the long run, and an exciting grand opening event for everyone, which we’re pleased is coming soon."
As we navigate these developments, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Stay tuned for updates as we move toward the grand opening of the expanded Naranja Park, creating an exhilarating space for all to enjoy.
