10th Roundup at the Ranch adds 10K and continues afterparty May 17

ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (April 17, 2025) – Lace up your shoes and get ready to round up some fun! The Town of Oro Valley invites community members of all ages to participate in the 10th Annual Roundup at the Ranch 5K/10K Run/Walk on Saturday evening, May 17, 2025.
New this year, participants can choose between the classic 5K or a brand-new 10K route, offering more ways to challenge yourself and support a great cause. Whether you're a seasoned runner, experienced hiker, casual walker, or rolling along with a stroller, this family-friendly event offers something for everyone.

Proceeds benefit the Town’s Round Up for Youth Recreation Scholarship program, which provides access to fee-based recreational programs for Oro Valley youth from financially constrained households. Click here to learn more about our need-based scholarships and how to apply online.
The event kicks off at 3:30 p.m. at Steam Pump Ranch (10901 N. Oracle Road). The race begins at 5:17 p.m. and follows the scenic Cañada del Oro (CDO) multi-use path. Both the 5K and 10K routes start and finish at Steam Pump Ranch. All participants will receive a medal.
And the fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! Stick around for the free after party from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., featuring live music, lawn games, food trucks, and alcohol for purchase. The after party is open to all—no race registration required—so bring your family and friends and enjoy a festive night celebrating health, community, movement, and giving back.
So, mark your calendars to join us for an evening of movement, music, and memories, all for a great cause. Whether you go the distance in the 10K or just enjoy the after party with friends, Roundup at the Ranch is where community spirit and family fun come together.
