Neighborhood Meeting - Silverhawke at the River

When: Thursday, November 20, 2023

Time: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Where: In Person: Oro Valley Council Chambers, 11000 N. La Cañada Drive OR Online by Zoom (see below)

You are invited to view an informational video and attend a neighborhood meeting on November 20, 2023, either in-person or online, regarding the applicant’s requests for a Grading Exception, Preliminary Plat, and Development Plan to accommodate a new 18-lot residential subdivision, located ½ mile from the northeast corner of 1^st Avenue and Naranja Drive (OV Case Number 2301963).

The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The focus of the neighborhood meeting will be to hear from you and address any questions or comments you may have. Full participation will be available through both in-person and Zoom attendance.
