2nd Neighborhood Meeting: Tuesday, February 27, 2024

You are invited to attend a second neighborhood meeting, either in-person or online, regarding the property owner’s request for a Type 2 General Plan Amendment and Rezoning to expand Extra Space Storage, located at the southeast intersection of the Oracle Rd. and Hardy Rd. intersection.
This facilitated neighborhood meeting will start with a brief presentation by Town staff and a presentation by the applicant to provide an update on their revised design and to address questions and topics discussed during the first neighborhood meeting. This will be followed by inviting all attendees into a discussion. The focus will be to hear from you and address questions, comments, and concerns.
