Neighborhood Meeting: Monday, November 18, 2024

Where: Oro Valley Council Chambers, 11000 N. La Cañada Drive OR Online via Zoom (see below)
You are invited to attend a second neighborhood meeting either in-person or online, regarding the applicant’s request to rezone an approximately 35-acre property near the southwest intersection of La Cañada Drive and Moore Road. The request is to enable the development of 31 single-family residential homes.
The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The focus of the neighborhood meeting will be to hear how the applicant has addressed concerns and comments from the first neighborhood meeting, and invite you to provide other thoughts, comments and questions. Full participation will be available through both in-person and Zoom attendance.
