Neighborhood Meeting-Avilla Rental Homes Rancho Vistoso East and West

When: Thursday, November 9, 2023

Time: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Where: In Person: Oro Valley Council Chambers, 11000 N. La Cañada Drive OR Online by Zoom (see below)

You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting on November 9^th, either in-person or online, regarding the applicant requests to rezone the following two properties from Rancho Vistoso Commercial (C-1) to High Density Residential (HDR):

1. Eight-acres near the northeast intersection of Tangerine Road and Rancho Vistoso Boulevard (north of the Safeway Shopping Center) to accommodate 87 rental units (Case No. 2200136);
2. Approximately 15.6-acres near the northwest intersection of Tangerine Road and Rancho Vistoso Boulevard to accommodate 118 rental units (Case No. 2200222)

The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The applicant will be presenting updated information, and the focus of the neighborhood meeting will be hearing from you and discussing next steps. Full participation will be available through both in-person and online attendance.
