Sleek Design, Perfect Fit: The Roost, tailored for narrow spaces, redefines smart living. Wide doors, strategic fixtures, and roll-in showers bring accessible design without compromising style.

Your Style, Your Way: Customize your space effortlessly. The Roost offers diverse finish options, from classic stucco to modern metal exteriors. Our innovative design welcomes alternative construction methods and materials, like SIPS panels or insulated block construction.

Local Partnerships, Effortless Construction: Building is a breeze with our local partnerships. Enjoy seamless construction with complete packages from trusted local businesses – lumber, appliances, cabinets, and more.

Adaptable to Your Space: Whether it's a cozy corner or an expansive area, the Roost adapts. Perfectly fitting long, skinny spaces harmonize with different lot sizes and configurations, making the most of your unique surroundings.

Sustainable Living with Style: The Roost isn't just about looks; it's eco-friendly too. Meet high-efficiency energy standards, enjoy cool roofs, and embrace an all-electric, solar-ready home with built-in gray water infrastructure.
