Roadwork on Magee Road and Northern Avenue, April 13-17

ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (April 4, 2025) — The Town of Oro Valley will begin roadway maintenance on Magee Road between Oracle Road and Northern Avenue from Sunday, April 13, through Thursday, April 17, 2025.

The project, led by iSX Construction, will improve driving conditions and safety by repaving the roadway and updating striping.

Lane restrictions will be in place on Magee Road and Oracle Road throughout the project. Please use alternate routes where possible.

Traffic impacts:

  • Northern Avenue closure: Northern Avenue will be closed, from Magee Road to Cool Drive, April 13th overnight, from 4:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • Magee Road restricted access: Significant lane restrictions, from Oracle Road to Northern Avenue, April 13th and 14th overnight, from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m., then daytime work from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through April 17th.
  • Oracle Road (SR-77) ADOT-permitted lane closure near project area on Magee Road from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. on April 13th and 14th.
