Oro Valley publishes FY 2025-26 Know Your Town’s Budget summary

ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (Sept. 19, 2025) – The Town of Oro Valley’s Know Your Town’s Budget document for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/26 is now available online for residents to read or download. This easy-to-read, two-page summary provides a clear picture of the Town’s financial priorities and the services supported by the annual budget.

In June, the Oro Valley Town Council adopted the FY 2025/26 annual budget totaling $151.5 million, a 0.4% increase from the prior year. The structurally balanced budget supports the continuation of high-quality services and strategic investments in capital, infrastructure, public safety and community amenities. Because the Town recognizes that most residents don’t have time to review a lengthy budget book, the Know Your Town’s Budget summary highlights the Town’s key sources and uses of funding, showing how the annual budget advances community priorities while maintaining long-term financial stability. The summary document underscores several areas of focus, including capital improvements, public safety, recreation and culture, economic vitality and financial responsibility.
