ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (Nov. 3, 2023) – Oro Valley’s 22nd annual State of the Town Address, given by Mayor Joe Winfield, is now available online.
This was Winfield’s fifth address, and he shared a message about the momentum created by a year of successful initiatives, projects and partnerships. This momentum will carry Oro Valley into the important year that lies ahead, which includes the public engagement process for the 2026 General Plan, OV’s Path Forward.
More than 700 people attended the event, which was hosted by the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce and held on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023, at El Conquistador Tucson, a Hilton Resort.
