ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (Nov. 21, 2022) – Oro Valley’s 21st annual State of the Town Address, given by Mayor Joe Winfield, is now available online. This was Winfield’s fourth address, and he focused on the four pillars of local government: Economic Vitality and Fiscal responsibility; the Public Safety Ecosystem; Public Works; and Parks and Recreation. The event, which was hosted by the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce, drew a record crowd of about 680 people. It was held on October 27, 2022, at El Conquistador Tucson, a Hilton Resort.
