Share your thoughts on OV’s draft 10-year action plan by Oct. 31, 2025

ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (Oct. 1, 2025) – The first draft of the community’s next 10-year action plan is now available, and your voice is needed! Read and comment on the draft plan from now through Oct. 31, on OVPathForward.com.

A huge thank you to the hundreds of residents who dedicated their time to help create this draft. Whether you filled out a survey, visited a booth at an event, participated online or attended a meeting — your voice helped shape OV’s future.

This release of the first draft marks a big milestone in this resident-driven process but there is still more work to be done.

Ready, set, go! Calling all residents! Help make sure the plan is headed in the right direction.

The draft plan reflects the shared values and priorities gathered from over 9,000 comments. It outlines goals that will influence Oro Valley’s quality of life, along with specific actions aimed at achieving meaningful results over the next decade.

The draft addresses key topics important to the community:

  • Public Safety
  • Community character, arts, and culture
  • Parks, recreation, and trails
  • Environment
  • Climate and energy
  • Water resources and conservation
  • Transportation
  • Housing
  • Land Use

Visit OVPathForward.com to discover the goals, policies and actions for topics that interest you or delve into the entire plan. You can share your thoughts by commenting online, dropping off your comments to Town Hall (11000 N. La Cañada Drive, Building D), visiting an informational booth around town, or emailing OVPathForward@orovalleyaz.gov.

This is your 10-year plan, Oro Valley! Time to make sure it accurately reflects residents’ values, priorities and expectations for the community’s future.
