A Public Hearing on the proposed court fee increases will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at or after 6 p.m., in the Town Council Chambers.
TOWN OF ORO VALLEY PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARINGS DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE UPDATE
The Town Council of the Town of Oro Valley, AZ will consider adopting new development impact fees of the Town’s street, park, police and water development impact fees in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS Sec. 9-463.05, as amended).
The below schedule of public hearings and Town Council meeting dates has been established in order to accommodate implementation of the new development impact fees prior to July 1, 2027 however dates may be subject to change.

These public meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Oro Valley Town Hall Council Chambers, 11000 N. La Canada Drive, Oro Valley, Arizona. Members of the public will be given an opportunity to speak.
