A majority of the Oro Valley Town Council and various Boards and Commissions may attend a neighborhood meeting regarding the applicant’s request for a Type 1 General Plan Amendment and rezoning for an approximately 2.24-acre property located south of Naranja Drive between 1st Avenue and La Cañada Drive. The request is to enable the development of a single-family lot and residence.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom and in person at the Town Council Chambers located at 11000 N. La Canada Dr., Oro Valley, AZ., 85737.
