In accordance with Chapter 3, Title 38, Arizona Revised Statutes and Chapter 2, Article 2-4 of the Code of the Town of Oro Valley, Arizona,

A majority of the Oro Valley Town Council and Community and Economic Development may attend a neighborhood meeting regarding the applicant’s request to rezone and obtain a Conditional Use Permit for an approximately 4.7-acre property located near the northeast corner of Suffolk Drive and Oracle Road.  The request is to enable the development of an approximately 25,000 square foot family-oriented recreation center with additional restaurant and retail space.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom and in person at the Town Council Chambers located at 11000 N. La Cañada Drive, Oro Valley, AZ.
