Request Court Records

Oro Valley Magistrate Court adheres to the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona (Rule 122 and 123) and provides information to the general public and media sources according to those rules.

Step 1.Fill out Request for Public Records form

Complete the Request for Public Records form(PDF, 253KB).

Email the form at orovalley@courts.az.gov, OR fax it to 520-229-4789, OR mail it to 11000 N. La Cañada Dr., Oro Valley, AZ 85737, OR deliver the completed form in-person.

Step 2.Payment

There will be a $17.00 research fee per case and up to 34 pages of documents, with an additional $0.50 per additional page. This must be paid in cash, credit card or money order at the time of the request. Other fees are detailed on the form.

Step 3.When to expect your records

Most requests will be completed within 5 business days.  The Court will contact the requestor once the documents are ready to be picked up.
