The purpose will be to discuss the applicant’s request to change the existing zoning from Rancho Vistoso Camps Park Industrial (CPI) to Medium-density Residential (MDR) with the aim of developing sixty-four (64) detached single-family lots. The meeting will include a presentation by Town Staff and the Applicant, followed by a facilitated discussion aimed at addressing your questions, comments or concerns.
