You are invited to view an informational video and attend a neighborhood meeting regarding the property owner’s proposed requests. The property owner (applicant) seeks approval of a Conceptual Site Plan for a proposed 46-lot residential subdivision located on the south side of Naranja Drive, opposite Highlands wash, immediately north of Highlands Mobile Home Park.
The video includes information on the history of the property, the upcoming community participation process and the applicant’s description of the project. The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The focus of the neighborhood meeting will be to hear from you and address any questions or comments you may have.
