You are invited to participate in a web-based, fully interactive Zoom meeting regarding the property owner’s proposed Rezoning and Conditional Use Permit requests. The property owner (applicant) seeks to develop 22,750 sf of office, retail or restaurant space and a 2,600 sf building with a drive-thru on the northeast corner of Oracle Road and Suffolk Drive (project number: 1900230).

The meeting will be an opportunity to ask questions directly to the applicant and Town staff. The applicant will provide a presentation and Town Staff will facilitate the meeting. The focus will be on addressing your questions and concerns.
