You are invited to attend a second neighborhood meeting either in-person or online, regarding the applicant’s proposal for a Master Development Plan including detached single-family homes, townhomes, retail and office space.

The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The focus of the neighborhood meeting will be to have the applicant address your questions, comments and concerns. Full participation will be available through both in-person and Zoom attendance. Town staff will facilitate the meeting, and the priority is to hear from you and address any questions or comments you may have.
