A web-based, fully interactive Zoom neighborhood meeting regarding the property owner’s proposed General Plan Amendment and Rezoning request. The property owner (applicant) seeks amendments to allow multi-family or senior care uses on the vacant commercial property located near the southeast corner of Tangerine Road and N. 1^st Avenue (project number: 2000882/2001306). The meeting will be an opportunity to ask questions directly to the applicant and Town staff as well as build-on the information, questions and comments generated during the previous neighborhood meeting. The applicant will provide a presentation and Town Staff will facilitate the meeting. The focus will be on addressing your questions and concerns.
