You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting either in-person or online, regarding the applicant’s request to rezone and obtain a Conditional Use Permit for an approximately 4.7-acre property located near the northeast corner of Suffolk Drive and Oracle Road. The request is to enable the development of an approximately 25,000 square foot family-oriented recreation center with additional restaurant and retail space.

The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The focus of the neighborhood meeting will be to hear from you and address any questions or comments you may have.
