Neighborhood Meeting: September 29, 2022, Time: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

You are invited to view an informational video and attend a neighborhood meeting on September 29, 2022, either in-person or online, regarding the applicant’s requests for 1) Type 2 General Plan Amendment, 2) rezoning and 3) conceptual site plan to accommodate a 94-lot residential subdivision, located in Stone Canyon, north of Tortolita Mountain Circle and west of Flint Peak Place (OV case number 2202014).

The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The focus of the neighborhood meeting will be to hear from you and address any questions or comments you may have. Full participation will be available through both in-person and Zoom attendance.
