You are invited to participate in a web-based, fully interactive Zoom neighborhood meeting regarding the applicant’s request to revise the front setbacks for all properties zoned Low Density Residential in the Rancho Vistoso Planned Area Development (PAD). The request entails revising the front setback to a minimum of 20’ or 15’ for homes with side entry garages (project number: 2100532). The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The focus of the neighborhood meeting will be to hear from you and address any questions or comments you may have.
