General Plan Amendment for property adjacent to Naranja subdivision

You are invited to attend a second neighborhood meeting either in-person or online, regarding the applicant’s request for a Type 1 General Plan Amendment for an approximately 2.24-acre property located south of Naranja Drive between 1^st Avenue and La Cañada Drive. The request is to enable the development of a single-family lot and residence.

Thursday, October 29, 2026, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., Town Council Chambers, 11000 N La Cañada Drive, or join online via Zoom

The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The focus of the neighborhood meeting will be to have the applicant address your questions, comments and concerns. Full participation will be available through both in-person and Zoom attendance. Town staff will facilitate the meeting, and the priority is to hear from you and address any questions or comments you may have.
