You are invited to view an informational video and attend a neighborhood meeting on Monday, October 12, 2026, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., Town Council Chambers, 11000 N La Cañada Drive or online via Zoom, regarding the property owner’s proposed request. The applicant, on behalf of the property owner, seeks approval of a conditional use permit and development plan for a new garage condominiums project. The project site is approximately 1.5 acres, located on the east corner of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard and Moore Loop.
The informational video will provide more details about the upcoming community participation process and the applicant’s description of the project. The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The focus of the neighborhood meeting will be to hear from you and address any questions or comments you may have.
