ORO VALLEY, Ariz. (Jan. 15, 2026)– The Town of Oro Valley is pleased to announce that the Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) for fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, is now available online.Click here to view.
Each year, the Town produces an Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), which provides a detailed overview of the Town’s financial position, operations, and audited financial statements. However, due to the ACFR’s length and complexity, it’s not very reader friendly.
To ensure residents have a clear understanding of the Town’s financial health, Oro Valley also publishes the Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR). This annual report summarizes key financial information from the ACFR in a format that is both easy to read and accessible to the community.
The PAFR highlights key accomplishments, net assets, operational activities, revenues, expenditures, debt and financial ratings, and historical trends, providing residents with a comprehensive snapshot of the Town’s fiscal health and achievements.
