A majority of the Oro Valley Town Council and various Boards and Commissions are anticipated to attend the Surf Thru Express Car Wash Ribbon Cutting on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This event will be held at Surf Thru Express Car Wash, located at 11595 N. Oracle Rd., Oro Valley, AZ., 85737.
No official Oro Valley Town business will be conducted at this function.
