You are invited to attend a second neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed General Plan Amendment and Rezoning for the vacant portions of the Oro Valley Town Centre Planned Area Development (PAD) located along the east side of Oracle Road and Pusch View Lane intersection.

The purpose will be to present revised applications following discussions during the first neighborhood meeting. Proposed changes include revising existing approved site plans to refine a mix of currently permitted uses and standards, reducing building heights, a significant increase in open space and trail areas, removal of residential lots on the south side of property, expansion of commercial acreage and refining concepts for apartments and adding townhomes as a use. The meeting will include a presentation by Town Staff and a facilitated discussion aimed at addressing your questions, comments or concerns.
