You are invited to view an informational video and attend a neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed General Plan Amendment and Rezoning for the vacant portions of the Oro Valley Town Centre Planned Area Development (PAD) located along the east side of Oracle Road and Pusch View Lane intersection.

The purpose will be to discuss both requests which aim to change the existing approved site plans to refine a mix of currently permitted uses and standards. Proposed changes include reducing building heights, a significant increase in open space and trail areas, removal of residential lots on the south side of property, expansion of commercial acreage and refining concepts for apartments and adding townhomes as a use. The meeting will include a presentation by Town Staff and a facilitated discussion aimed at addressing your questions, comments or concerns.
