You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting regarding the property owner’s proposed request. The property owner (applicant) seeks approval of a Conceptual Site Plan for a proposed 64-lot residential subdivision located on the south side of Naranja Drive, opposite Highlands wash, immediately north of Highlands Mobile Home Park.
The neighborhood meeting will include a presentation by Town staff, followed by additional information from the applicant. The applicant will be presenting a revised site plan and addressing the questions and comments heard during the first neighborhood meeting. As with the first meeting, the focus will be to hear from you and address any additional questions or comments you may have.
