It’s a Wonderful Life at Steam Pump Ranch on Dec. 8

Join us for Second Saturdays at Steam Pump Ranch on December 8 for an invigorating day of tours, Heirloom Farmer’s Market, Heritage Garden demonstrations, live music, and guest speaker, Alan Day, brother of retired Supreme Court Justice, Sandra Day O’Connor. And as a special holiday treat, there will be a live radio play of the movie, It’s a Wonderful Life, presented by QUEST for Drama. This presentation is adapted for radio-on-stage by Tony Palermo, arranged by Johnathan Green and directed by Rachel Dircks. QUEST for Drama knows that “Drama is truly beneficial for children,” so please come support this great group of young people as they tell the story of George Bailey and how one person can make a difference in their community. Get in the Christmas spirit with this holiday classic! Free snacks will be available.

Open for tours, art show in the Pusch House Art Gallery, Heirloom Farmer's Market, Commerce Corral and the Historic, Western and Americana Artisan and Antique Fair
10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Heritage Garden demonstrations and a craft for children

Live music: Freddy Parish and the Old Town String Band - Old Time Country
Noon - 1 p.m.
Guest speaker: Alan Day, brother of retired Supreme Court justice, Sandra Day O’Connor and Ann Day, former Pima County supervisor, will describe growing up on the Day Ranch here in Arizona as well as his quest to save wild mustangs from 1989 to 1994.
