Each month a new local artist is given the opportunity to feature work in Oro Valley Council Chambers. If you are a local artist or you know of a local artist that would like to be featured in the Council Chambers, please call 520-229-4700. This American Flag self-portrait is a tribute to our military servicemen and women who gave their lives to insure our freedom. It is a mixed media using tempera and oil pastel with a collage element.
This class consists of children from Kindergarten through 5th grade.
