Community forum to discuss Oro Valley Main Streets project and local market conditions

The Town of Oro Valley invites the public to attend a community forum on Thursday, November 30 at 6 p.m. in Town Hall Council Chambers, 11000 N. La Cañada Drive. The focus of the forum is the Oro Valley Main Streets project and how local market conditions impact current trends and future decisions.

A local market analyst will present findings on residential, office and commercial market conditions for Oro Valley and the Main Streets areas (located at the intersections of Lambert Lane/La Cañada Drive, and Oracle Road/First Avenue). What is Oro Valley Main Streets?
Oro Valley Main Streets is a Town of Oro Valley project designed to promote areas for gathering, dining and shopping that serve as a town center. These walkable and unique areas will enhance Oro Valley’s lifestyle and economy. Two local commercial areas are the focus of this project. The first area is at Lambert Lane and La Cañada Drive. The second area is near Oracle Road and First Avenue.
