A majority of the Oro Valley Town Council, Conceptual Design Review Board and the Planning and Zoning Commission may attend a neighborhood meeting

Meeting Date: 
Monday, August 14, 2017 - 6:00pm to 7:30pm

regarding a proposed General Plan Amendment for property located on the NW corner of Vistoso Commerce Loop and Rancho Vistoso Boulevard (Rancho Vistoso parcel 2E) comprised of 15 acres located at the northwest corner of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard and Vistoso Commerce Loop.  The applicant proposes to change the future land use on this parcel from Commerce / Office Park (COP) to Medium Density Residential (2.1 – 5.0 homes per acre).
This neighborhood meeting will be held on Monday, August 14, 2017 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. at Rancho Vistoso HOA Building located at 945 W. Vistoso Highlands Drive, Oro Valley, AZ.
