A majority of the Oro Valley Town Council, the Conceptual Design Review Board and the Planning and Zoning Commission may attend a neighborhood meeting

Meeting Date: 
Thursday, April 27, 2017 - 6:00pm to 7:30pm

regarding a proposed General Plan Amendment for Rancho Vistoso Parcel 2E comprised of 15 acres located at the northwest corner of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard and Vistoso Commerce Loop. The applicant proposes to change the future land use on this parcel from Commerce / Office Park (COP) to Medium Density Residential (2.1 – 5.0 homes per acre).
This neighborhood meeting will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints located at 55 Arrowsmith Drive, Tucson, AZ.

The applicant is required to hold a neighborhood meeting prior to submitting a formal application for the proposed amendment. The application will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission who will provide a recommendation to Town Council, who will make a final decision on the applicant’s request. Notices will be mailed prior to each hearing.
